Specifications are project-specific. Brand, grade, quantity and inclusion of any material are agreed according to your scope of work, quotation and contract. Where you prefer specific brands or products, these can be discussed during planning — availability and cost implications are confirmed before procurement. We do not advertise supplier partnerships or certifications that have not been formally agreed for your project.

Yes. Complete house construction is one of our core services, covering independent houses, duplexes, villas and multi-storey residential buildings. The exact scope — whether it is a grey structure contract or a structure-to-finish package — is defined in the quotation and contract for your project.
Yes, turnkey construction can be arranged, where agreed planning, structure, services, interiors and finishing are coordinated through one team up to handover. Turnkey is a contract type rather than a fixed package: the inclusions, specification levels and exclusions are listed in your quotation so you know exactly what is covered.
Labour-only contracts can be discussed depending on the scope and site. In a labour-only arrangement the client supplies materials, and the contract documents who provides what, how material quality is verified and how wastage is handled.
Yes. Labour-and-material contracts are available, where procurement, delivery and installation sit with us. Materials are specified in the contract by category, grade or brand, and any client preferences are discussed and priced before procurement.
Yes. Villas, duplexes and bungalows are regular project types, including larger spans, double-height spaces, terraces and premium external finishes. Structural design, drawings and any statutory approvals required for the plot remain part of the planning stage.
Yes. We take up offices, retail shops, showrooms, small business premises, warehouses and institutional projects. Commercial work often involves specialist requirements such as higher loads, fire safety, ventilation and specific services — these are reviewed during planning and priced against actual specifications.
Yes. Complete or partial demolition, site clearing and debris removal can be coordinated before reconstruction. Demolition requires attention to permissions, structural safety, adjoining properties, utility disconnections and approved waste disposal — all of which are subject to local rules and confirmed after a site assessment.
Yes. Electrical wiring, points, distribution boards, earthing, plumbing, drainage and sanitary fixture installation can be carried out as part of a larger project or as individual services. Electrical work should be executed and checked by appropriately qualified professionals, and completed installations should be tested before handover.
Yes. Interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, painting, tiling, doors and windows can be taken up independently of structural work. For standalone interior projects we first review the existing condition of the space, since services, waterproofing or structural issues may need attention before finishes are applied.
An estimate is prepared from your drawings or requirement brief, the agreed specifications, measured quantities and current material and labour rates for your location. Because costs depend on these inputs, we do not publish fixed rates or calculate a quotation on this website. A project-specific estimate follows a review of your requirements and, where relevant, a site visit.
We accept enquiries for projects across India. Every enquiry is reviewed individually for location, scope, size and feasibility before we confirm availability. We do not maintain branch offices in every city, and we do not claim a local presence where we do not have one — project coverage is confirmed in writing for each assignment.

Yes, renovation, restoration and extensions are part of our services. Additional floors and structural modifications depend on the existing structure's capacity, so a structural assessment and any applicable approvals may be required before work can proceed. Feasibility is confirmed after reviewing the building.
